- APP Can I go back to previous difficulty levels?
At the system menu where you pick the planet to play, you can select previous difficulty levels by tapping on the stars which indicate difficulty level.
- APP Can I play Zap Zap Math offline?
- APP How do I add profiles on the app/device?
At the lower left corner of the Tap to Start screen, there is an icon of two silhouettes. Tap it once. A window will then open up with a button that says ‘Add a new player’. Tap the button to add a profile to the device. If you have not signed up for a parent or teacher account on the Zap Zap Math website, you can tap on the link that says ‘Visit web dashboard’ to be brought to the website to sign up. If you have already signed up, you can enter your child’s ZapZapCode in the section for kids beneath the link to the web dashboard.

- APP How do I change the language?
At the Tap to Start screen, please look at the top right which features a globe superimposed with a gear. Tap on it and three flags will be shown that denotes US = English, ES= Spanish and MS = Malay.
- APP How do I navigate the app?
Firstly, when you open the app, you will be brought to the Tap to Start screen. Wait until the game loads and shows ‘TAP TO START’. Tap once. You will then be brought to the System Menu. At the System Menu, you can swipe left and right on the bottom section to choose different objectives for different topics under different grades. Once you have decided on an objective, you can choose a planet by swiping left or right on the planets to switch to a different game if it’s available. When you have chosen the planet, you can begin the game by tapping ‘Play’
- APP What do I have to do to unlock more games?/How do I sign up for an account?
To unlock more games, you need to sign up for a free account. You can sign up for an account by tapping on the gift box in the game, which would bring up the sign up form. Alternatively, you can go to zapzapmath.com and click Sign Up at the top right corner.
- WEB As a teacher, how do I add students to a classroom?
Once you have logged in as a teacher on the web dashboard, you need select a class on the left panel. After selecting a class, click on the ‘Add Profile’ card. You will then be prompted to enter the details of the student you wish to add to the class
- WEB What is covered in the detailed report?
The detailed report covers the child’s mastery over a particular topic or subtopic, as well as their progress in the games under each subtopic. It also records the time taken for the child to answer the questions, the questions answered, as well as the answers given, so that any errors in reasoning may be identified and addressed.
- GEN As a teacher or principal, how do I sign up my class or my school?

Based on feedback gathered from our partner schools, teachers are free to use Zap Zap Math in a variety of methods suited to their own teaching styles. For example, a teacher might use Zap Zap Math as part of the class activity for lessons, or as a reward for students that are quick to finish their tasks in class, or even as homework where the teacher is able to monitor their performance via the web dashboard.

Zap Zap Math is available for both iOS and Android devices.

The app supports grades K to 6.

The app combines gaming and mathematics, making it fun for kids to learn intuitively. With the dashboard, educators or parents can keep track of the progress of the user. The many different types of games in the app will ensure players will never get bored.
