Building on our general Privacy Policy as published and made available on www.zapzapmath.com, we recognize the need to provide additional privacy protection to children and put parents in control when children use our Website www.zapzapmath.com and applications known as Zapzapmath ("Zapzapmath" or "Website"). Zapzapmath provides online products and services, including all games and learning tools, made available on or through our Website and applications ("Services").
This Children's Privacy Policy is designed to inform parents and address questions regarding our policies and practices with respect to the collection, use and retention of personal information of children under the age of 13 when using the Services, and how we put the parents in control of such personal information.

- other information about the child or parent that is collected from the child and is combined with one of these identifiers.
2. How do we collect children's personal information?
Prior to a child being able to use Zapzapmath's Services, the parent or teacher must register the child on the Website. It is only during this registration process that the parent or teacher will be asked to provide and enter personal information of the child to Zapzapmath. It is the parent or teacher who will enter and provide personal information of the child and Zapzapmath does not solicit any personal information from the child at any time.
After the registration process is completed, Zapzapmath DOES NOT collect personal information from the children directly or indirectly when using on our Website or mobile applications.
3. Are there third party operators that collect personal information on or through us?

4. How do we use and share the personally identifiable information we have collected about children?
The children's personal information collected will be used to:

The children's personal information will not be shared with any third parties apart from the third party operators mentioned above.
In addition, Zapzapmath may disclose or share a children's personal information with third parties to the extent reasonably necessary to respond to judicial process, or to the extent permitted under provisions of law, to provide information to law enforcement agencies or for an investigation related to public safety. We will not require a child to disclose more information than is reasonably necessary to consume or participate in the Services or to effect the above purposes.
5. How can parents access, change, or delete personally identifiable information about their children?
Zapzapmath will provide the parent, upon request by email (stated below), the children's personal information collected, used and retained by Zapzapmath.
The parent can also refuse to permit us to collect further personal information from their child and can request that any personal information we have collected be deleted from our records. The parent may also agree to the collection and use of the children's personal information but not allow our disclosure to the third parties, unless such disclosure is essential for us to provide the Services. Depending upon what the parent requests, it may be necessary to delete a child's registration or account completely.

6. How will we notify parents if our Children's Privacy Policy Changes?
We may amend our Children's Privacy Policy at any time with reasonable prior notice to you. If we make any material changes to our practices that the parent has previously agreed to, we will send the parent an email informing the parent of our updated direct notice.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any amendments via appropriate means available to us at that given time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, kindly be advised to re-visit this Children's Privacy Policy from time to time and check the date on which this Children's Privacy Policy was revised and updated.
